$59.95 monthly membership dues include your choice of a one hour Swedish massage or one hour European Facial every month. Schedule a standing appointment to ensure that your preferred day and time are always available!

Non-Peak Program

Recieve a reduced rate on spa services during our non-peak days Monday through Thursday.

SkinMedica Savvy Shopper

Receive $25 off your SkinMedica product purchase after purchasing $300 (receive 1 punch per $50 purchase, total of 5 punches/$300 per card)

VIP Program

This is a free program. Receive five percent off your first botox treatment, ten percent off your second, fifteen percent off your third, and twenty percent off your fourth. All four botox treatments must be received within one calendar year. May combine discount with Brilliant Distinctions Program (see below).

Brilliant Distinctions Program

Our Brilliant Distinctions program allows you to earn points for each eligible treatment you receive from our physician. These points are redeemable for savings on future Botox and/or Juvederm treatments, as well as select Allergan products and ongoing opportunities for other valuable rewards. May be combined with our VIP program.

Introducing our NEW Honoring You program. We're honoring each and every year of your life with spa services that bring luxury to your special day. Celebrate with Refined Skin and experience a spa service of your choice by receiving a special savings relative to your age. This gift may be redeemed during the month of your birth. May not be combined with other discounts. Service must exceed one hundred dollars prior to discount.

We adhere to certain policies to benefit you, our most special guest.

Consultations: There is no consultation fee to meet with our Physician, highly trained laser technicians, estheticians and office staff to discuss your overall treatment plan.

Appointment Policy: All Spa Packages will be secured with a valid credit card at the time of scheduling (see cancellation policy below). Spa services are offered Monday through Saturday. Due to limited availability, we can accommodate spa services on Sundays by appointment only.

Cancellation Policy: Those who have scheduled a spa package but need to cancel the appointment are required to give 48 hours notice. All other appointments for consultation or services require 24 hours notice for cancellation. In this case, it may be necessary to cancel or postpone part of a scheduled service. Our staff appreciates your understanding.

Confirmation Calls: We make every effort to call and confirm all appointments 24 hours in advance; however this is a courtesy and the spa cannot be responsible for unconfirmed or missed appointments.

Late Policy: Appointments missed by 15 minutes or more will be accommodated only if time allows. It may be necessary to cancel part of your scheduled service. Your treatment will end on time so the next client is not delayed or inconvenienced. Thank you for your understanding.

Gratuity: We proudly recruit and train our staff to be the most highly qualified spa professionals in the industry. Gratuity is not included in the price of our services. When your spa experience is a positive one, it is customary to tip your service provider.

Our recommended gratuity is 15%-20%.

Spa Packages: Please allow us to customize a package for you, your girlfriends, or that special someone. No substitutions of services can be accommodated unless otherwise noted. All packages are secured with a credit card at time of scheduling. Spa Package cancellations require 48 hours notice to avoid a credit card charge. All other spa policies apply unless otherwise noted.
